Taught by LCI founder Emma Bird, this 6 week Introduction to Long Form course introduces you to the essential skills needed to play and perform long form improvisation. Skills Overview: Editing Object Work Thinking thematically World-Building Character and Relationship Point of View Game of the Scene A variety of long form formats such as a Montage, The Commando, The Slacker, Docu to explore long form skills This course is for you if you: Have at least three months experience at LCI drop in (or elsewhere) Or have completed previous courses such as Beginners Levels 1/2/3 Want to enhance your improv skills Want to refresh your skills relating to longer forms of improvisation When: 1st Nov - 6th Dec 2024. 7-9pm Liverpool Arts Bar 22 Hope Street, L1 9BY £120 / £100 (concession for students, unemployed, over 65s, low-waged) NB's: If you wish to discuss an instalment plan please email me at hello@emmabird.info All courses and classes at LCI adhere to the LCI Code of Conduct found on the website.
